Start Writing Here:
Environmental problems are problems that people struggle with to keep the world clean and green (a fresh environment). One environmental problem that people struggle with is litter. That's why I’m give you some reasons on how to reduce the impact of litter.
One way to reduce the impact of litter is too casual go around your neighborhood and pick up rubbish. Yes I know, I know this tip was bound to come up but trust me It works. You can set a time for you to do this for an example: Start at 11am and finish when ever you can’t see any more.
Another way to reduce the impact of litter is too reduce, reuse and recycle. A lot of people say this but yet they don’t do it. To reduce you need to only buy the things that you will use and make a compost bin or a worm farm. To reuse you need to take reusable shopping bags when you go shopping and reuse glass jars to store and freeze food. To recycle you need to make sure you buy recyclable items and put all acceptable recyclable items in the garbage dump when you are finished with them. Don’t keep this simple yet effective tip to yourself tell all your friends and family so they can do it to.
One more way to reduce the impact of litter is to ditch the plastic bags, stop using disposable plates and learn to repair items instead of throwing them away. By doing this along with the other tips I’ve given you, you will definitely see a cleaner greener and healthier neighborhood.
I really hope you learned something while reading this explanation piece of writing. If everyone helps to reduce the impact of litter then we would have a much nicer world. Well thats its for now folks, goodbye!

Expectations for Term 3
Kia ora Bloggers today I'm going to tell you about some of my expectations for term 3. First and fore most the theme for this year is "Learn From Yesterday Change Tomorrow", Term 1 & 2 are based around "Learn From Yesterday" and term 3 & 4 are based around "Change Tomorrow". Since this term is based on "Change Tomorrow" I will mostly be talking about things that are predicted to happen in the future. Firstly I think we should base our learning around the so called "Hover car/board" I think this is something I would really enjoy doing. Another thing I want to talk about (and something I kinda know we are going to do) is Mount Ruapehu like I said, I'm guessing we are going to do it because we are going on our Ski trip there. Thank you for reading this have a nice rest of your day.

Commonwealth Games Activities
Kia ora everyone,
Today we did some Commonwealth games activities. In my team we had me(Luke), Antonio, Sam, Lukas, Lawrence and Rico.We had to represent a country in the Commonwealth so we decided to represent New Zealand. The name of our activity was "Athletic Run". Something that was bad is that it was hard to explain the rules to the juniors(sometimes we'd even have to explain it twice!). Something that was good was that it was easy to spot who to give a certificate to.

Waitangi Day
Waitangi Day
Crash! I fell out of my bed and onto the grey scruffy carpet, “Its Waitangi Day!” I mumbled to myself wondering why I was on the floor. I jumped up and stretched my bones then I walked out to the lounge and turned on the wifi (I think we all know why I did that). The next thing you know I'm in my bed playing on my tablet. After about an hour of that (Believe it or not) I was greeted by my mum “Good morning Luke” she said,I replied by saying “Good Morning”. A few hours passed and it was nearly six o'clock then...RING RING RING!! The phone started ringing everyone was startled (I didn’t Introduce the rest of the family, just so you know I have a brother a sister and dad) mum picked up the phone, it was my aunty and my uncle! They said they were coming over for dinner. An hour passed and they were here! First we had a swim with my cousin,my cousins friend and my brother, I jumped into the river and it was freezing cold. After awhile I had a race with my brother we were racing as fast as the airflow my brother dashed in front of me and won the race, but we had fun anyway. And too top of the day me my brother, my dad and my uncle went clay shooting. It was awesome I pulled a string and the disc went flying into the night sky and then my dad shot it with a gun in mid-air and it blasted into a million pieces. The only downside was that me and my brother had to pick up all the leftover pieces (I also forgot to mention I had fish and chips for dinner).
